Building Amenities

At W 108 Development LLC, we believe that all buildings, large or small, should be specifically designed to include substantial amenity space for its residents. We always designate at least 25% of a building’s gross square footage for shared amenity space.

While this may reduce the total amount of sellable or rentable square footage within individual apartments, we believe the value of the amenity space is well worth the sacrifice.
