Our flagship development, 324W108, is a stunning renovation of two combined townhouses on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The two townhouses were built in 1898 by Janes & Leo, who incorporated the then-popular Renaissance-Revival architectural style using a combination of limestone, terra cotta, and brick materials.
